SJCS GOA REUNION UK TEAM MEET IN EASTBOURNE at Joe & Genny's

Dear Joe & Genny

Thank you for a lovely day we had with you in Eastbourne.

It was great meeting up with team members and spouses of our UK5 SJCS Goa Reunion 2008 committee.

We greatly missed our team Financial Director & Chartered Accountant Johnny Coutinho who could not attend due to a last moment very important business commitment. We certainly raised our glasses of Champagne to Johnny whilst enjoying a great lunch.

Though the weather was not great, the sun did come out to shine on Eastbourne (Joe, Genny & the team), and we did have fun enjoying the clean fresh sea breeze at Beachey Head & Birling Gap, both very interesting locations in Eastbourne.

Pity I missed taking photos on our early pre-lunch outing at the Sovereign Quays Marina (sorry I accidentally left my camera at Joe's - the relaxing drinks and chit-chat on the water front was enjoyable).

Once again, many thanks to Joe & Genny de Lord for kindly inviting us to their holiday home in beautiful EASTBOURNE - for a farewell party to SJCS UK5 team who contributed towards organising SJCSZ Goa Reunion 2008. A special thanks also conveyed to the full SJCS Global team who all worked closely to organise Goa Reunion 2008 which still has many good memories.

Hi there A Team & Spouses

FW: Sr Hildergardis - Missionary Sisters of The Precious Blood, Riruta.

Hope the weather is holding out for you, and by now you are all merry and soaking up the fresh sea breeze.

This is just a short FWD from Danny Ferns in Nairobi, who has finally got the first tranche thru to the Sisters, that I initiated the day after our concluding meeting. I will forward the acknowledgemment when I get it.

Benny, just for your info, the glazing installations for the flat above has just finished, with many problems, just as well I have been here. The description on the invoice from Crystal Windows of Wembley had to be changed twice at my insistence; and some extra work done - it might have been otherwise without my presence.

Enjoy yourselves and a happy and safe return home.

(P.S. Johnny continues to send funds to our Sisters - update keeping members informed will follow).
